25 DAYS OF TRAVEL

In the spirit of Christmas, I decided to put together 25 days of Travel. Think of it as an Advent Calendar but Wanderlust themed! Every day, leading up to Christmas, I will add one more location for all your instaworthy travel dreams!

  1. CABAZON DINOSAURS - Near Palm Springs

The Cabazon Dinosaurs are not to be passed by on your long weekend trip to Palm Springs. They stand out like beacon for weary or excited travelers on the long road. There is Mr. Rex and Dinny. Pro Tip: stop to fill up on cheaper than cheap gas! The outlet malls are a short 3 minute drive away AND what most people don’t know is there is a dinosaur museum right behind.

2. RED ROOFS OF PRAUGE

The view from the top of Astronomical clock in Prague is one of the best. It looks out right over the main plaza in Old Town. One of the best times to visit it during Christmas when the markets and Christmas tree are up!

3. Chichen Itza

Chichen Itza is one of the most important settlements from the Mayan civilization. Its also one of the best preserved settlements to still remain. The Mayans were an extrodinary people, having mastered math and astronomy. They built the Chichen Itza pyramid to coincide with the Fall equinox so that the statues on the side of the pyramid have incredible shadow play as the run is setting.
